Glossary

You: Refers to the prescriber using this app/website to make and send prescriptions to patients.
Patient: Refers to the patient who is receiving a prescription made by this app/website.
We: Refers to Digital Prescription Maker LLC, owner of Prescription Maker app and website.

By using Prescription Maker app and/or website, you agree to these terms of service.

You must enter correct details in your profile (prescriber's details). We are not liable for any damages if false information is entered by you.
You must enter correct patient details while filling up the details for the prescription. We are not liable for any damages if false information is entered by you.
You must enter correct prescription details and drug details while filling up the details for the prescription. We are not liable for any damages if false information is entered by you.
You must check the generated/printed prescription thoroughly before sending it to patients for all details. Although we try our best but we do not guarantee that all the details entered in the prescription details form will be present in the generated/printed prescription.
You are responsible for making sure that the prescription you write and send to others is correct (has correct details and drugs) and valid. For example, in some countries, prescription is only valid if it is signed by a registered medical practitioner. We do not guarantee that the prescriptions made by this app/website are correct (has correct details and drugs) and/or valid.
